In the past decade , HR Analytics specially so "Predicting Employee Turn-Over , Employee Churn" has been seen as a practice that adds value to the organizations bottomline. Helps organizations save -is thus a Cost management practice.
Within India this trend has caught on - most organizations are working towards maturing this practice internally , or with help from external consultants. Finding "rightly-skilled" internal employees or external consultants can be challenging.
